A Car That Already Has a Job
Managers write the work in the Hub. Avis Maintenance opens ASSIGNED — grouped by MVA, in-progress first, leftover cars still on top the next morning. Tap a row. The service is locked. Finish it and the next job on that car is waiting. Type an MVA on a new card and ASSIGNED TO THIS VEHICLE lights up. Any technician punched in at that lot can take it.
A Shelf You Can Read From
Reserve Fleetcare managers open TIRES next to SHORTAGES. Search size, manufacturer, model. STOCK AT Central. LOW STOCK and OUT sit on the SKU before anyone walks the bin. Avis still does not pull rubber from that shelf — they never supplied it.
A Camera That Knows the Brand
Hertz wants the unit sticker: owning area, vehicle number, odometer. Sixt wants the plate, the VIN, the keytag, and the PO. Enterprise wants the windshield, the VIN, the keytag — and Punch stopped asking for an MVA they do not have. Avis oil changes include the rotation: left side, right side, both tires off in the frame. Save stays locked until the camera has every slot.

The shelf said zero. The job still has a car. Report a missing tire from Tire Change without finishing the card — size, speed rating, the MVA if you have it. The lot keeps moving.

Managers, owners, and quartermasters open SHORTAGES on Reserve. Buy cuts a Supreme PO in your name, already approved. Transfer it. Deny it. Mark it received when the rubber hits the dock. Supervisors see their crew's open bins.
Every Lot on One Screen
Vin Overview puts every location of the tenant on one board. Pick a day or a Sunday-to-Saturday week. Cleaning, Maintenance, or both. Tasks, hours, profit — and how today sits next to yesterday.
The Menu That Follows the Yard

Maintenance That Can Prove It
The lot asked for photos. We made them required. Avis and Hertz want MVA, VIN, and the odometer. Sixt wants the VIN plate, a 10-digit PO, and the miles. Enterprise wants the door VIN, the keytag, and the odometer. Save stays locked until the camera has every slot.
Tires That Leave the Shelf
Enterprise tire repair and tire change add damage, fixed, and size shots — plus speed rating. Pick the SKU from Central stock. A tire change pulls one unit; delete or swap the job and the shelf gets it back. Rotation still just rotates.
Open the Envelope
Finished work with photos gets a PHOTOS row. Tap it. See what was shot, labeled by slot, without hunting for files.
A Splash That Packs Its Own Fonts
Roboto and Roboto Mono travel in the box. Splash and login no longer phone home for fonts. A dead selfie opens a broken-image tile instead of a fatal. Walk out of the camera while it is still saying INITIALIZING and we let the lens go.
